Todd Parker is co-owner and founder of S&P Construction Services. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Todd has his contractor license in Residential and Light Commercial Construction. Todd has lived with his wife in the greater Athens area for over 25 years and has 3 kids, all of whom attend Athens Christian School. They are members at Cornerstone Church in Athens where they volunteer in multiple areas of the church. When Todd is not working, he is normally running the lights at church where he serves as a member of the media team on Sundays. Todd enjoys spending his free time at his home in Madison County and hanging out with his 4 dogs, 3 horses, 1 donkey, and 5 mini cows. As a company, S&P Construction gives back to the community through volunteering labor and materials, financial contributions, and charitable donations.

Todd Parker
Todd Parker is co-owner and founder of S&P Construction Services. Todd attended The University of Georgia, Georgia State University, and graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business. With over 16 years in the construction industry, Todd has his contractor license in Residential and Light Commercial Construction. Todd has lived with his wife in the greater Athens area for over 21 years and has 3 kids, all of whom attend Athens Christian School. They are members at Cornerstone Church in Athens where they volunteer in multiple areas of the church. When Todd is not working, he is normally sitting behind a camera at church where he serves as a member of the media team on Sundays. Todd enjoys spending his free time at his home in Madison County and hanging out with his 3 dogs, 4 horses, 1 donkey, and 40 hens. As a company, S&P Construction gives back to the community through volunteering labor and materials, financial contributions, and charitable donations.
Shane Schutte
Shane Schutte is co-owner of S&P Construction Services. He lives with his wife and two sons in Mansfield, GA. Shane has been in the construction industry for the last 18 years. Shane and his family enjoy being active in the Newton County Community. They are members of the Stewart Community Church. Shane is active with high school and recreation sports with his boys. Todd and Shane have been friends since college where they attended Colorado State University together. While being involved in all aspects of the company, Shane spends a lot of his time on smaller projects like bathroom remodels. Over the past few years he has done over a dozen bathrooms. Shane enjoys getting to know each and every customer. As with our company goal, he tries to make each client feel like family.

3rd car garage at our home! This was a fairly complex job due to the geography of our lot. Our home is a 2 story building with a full walk out basement on a fairly steep grade. I ask Todd and Shane to construct a separate "carriage house" like "wide" garage with a full basement to be used for a shop. This shop area could easily be a safe space in the event of a tornado because of the thick concrete walls and the reinforced shop roof due to the weight bearing designs to support a vehicle in the above garage.
Todd provided an extremely detailed bid for all aspects of the construction which I truly appreciated and eliminated price increases due to that level of detail. I was kept in the loop on any issue, and the work was continuous with the only delays caused by rain during the initial foundation phase. Work began in mid March of 2019 and completion in June 2019. S & P is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them for any project.Read More
